Tryb udzielenia zamówienia: zamówienie będzie udzielone wg procedury wewnętrznej Zamawiającego.
Szczegółowe informacje znajdują się w załącznikach zamieszczonych do niniejszego postępowania.
Wynik postępowania wygenerowany przez Platformę nie jest jednoznaczny ze złożeniem zamówienia i podpisaniem umowy.
Oferty wraz z załącznikami prosimy składać w formie skanów dokumentów.
W związku z wejściem w życie Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych), (dalej „RODO”) informujemy, że obowiązek informacyjny dot. przetwarzania danych osobowych, dostępny jest jako Zał. Nr 6.
Oferenci zobowiązani są do zapoznania się z treścią tego obowiązku oraz dołączenia zeskanowanego, podpisanego wyżej wymienionego Załącznika Nr 6 wraz z ofertą.

MESKO S.A. invites to submit a tender in the order granting procedure for the delivery for mixing devices - 3 pcs.
Order granting procedure: the order will be granted in accordance with the Employer's internal procedure.
The detailed information are contained in the appendices attached to this Invitation.
The result of the procedure generated by online platform does not mean granting of the order and conclusion of the contract.
The tenders together with the appendices shall be submitted in the form of the scanned documents.
In connection with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), we inform you that the information obligation regarding the processing of personal data, is available as Appendix No. 6 to Invitation to Tender.
Tenderers shall familiarise themselves with the content of this obligation. The scan of the signed appendix No. 6 shall be attached to the tender.
