Answers to your pricing questions

Frequently asked questions about plans, payments, and cooperation terms

Are the prices net or gross?
All prices listed on the website are net amounts. A 23% VAT is added to each invoice in accordance with applicable regulations.
How long is the contract term?
The standard contract term is 12 months with annual upfront payment. By choosing this model, you get access to all plan features for a full year and unlock additional benefits (details in the question below).

For the OnePlace Enterprise plan, terms are agreed individually depending on the scope of implementation and your organization's needs.
Can I change my plan during the contract?
Upgrade: yes, at any time. If you want to move from OnePlace Search to Sales or Enterprise, we can do it immediately, and the cost is adjusted proportionally to the remaining subscription period.

Downgrade: yes, but with a minimum period of 3 months. This means that if you switch to a lower plan, you must stay on it for at least 3 months before changing your subscription again. This policy prevents monthly switching between plans.
Can I try OnePlace before purchasing?
Yes. The best option is a personalized demo with one of our advisors. We will show you OnePlace using real tenders from your industry and check how many opportunities you could have identified over the last 30 days.

The demo lasts 30 or 45 minutes and is free of charge. After the session, you will receive trial access tailored to your needs.
What if I have more than 5 users?
Each plan includes a base number of users (Search: 1–3, Sales: 1–5), and every additional user can be added for a fixed monthly fee (see pricing table).

If you are planning a deployment for a team of more than 10 people or need centralized account administration, OnePlace Enterprise will be a better fit.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically between 3 and 7 business days after signing the contract. During this time:
  • We configure your account and tailor filters to your industry
  • We verify your account and electronic signature in Marketplanet systems
  • We conduct a 1-hour onboarding session for your team
  • With Sales and Enterprise plans, your dedicated account manager stays with you after onboarding and can also assist with your first tender submission.
Do you issue VAT invoices? What payment methods do you accept?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices for businesses. We accept bank transfers with a 14-day payment term.

For Enterprise customers, we offer flexible payment terms tailored to your organization's budgeting processes (e.g. quarterly invoices or extended payment terms).
Who is a Verified Supplier?
A Verified Supplier is a company whose key formal, registry and business data has been checked against the criteria most often used by Contracting Authorities/Buyers, procurement teams, compliance departments and business partners when assessing potential contractors.
Verified Supplier status confirms that key company information has been checked and matches publicly available sources and registers.

Why is this service important?
Today's public procurement and commercial procurement market expects suppliers to provide more than a competitive offer. Credibility and transparency matter too.
Before starting cooperation, Contracting Authorities/Buyers increasingly verify suppliers to reduce risks related to contract delivery, regulatory compliance, business security and continuity of cooperation.
Verified Supplier helps you prepare for this assessment before taking part in a tender or procurement process.

What do Contracting Authorities and Buyers most often verify?
During supplier assessment, the following areas are usually reviewed:
  • company registry data (KRS, CEIDG, NIP, REGON),
  • business activity status and persons authorized to represent the company,
  • beneficial owners (CRBR),
  • tax status and VAT register,
  • presence on sanctions lists,
  • business history and basic financial information,
  • consistency between company-presented data and public registers,
  • potential compliance risks,
  • capital links and conflicts of interest.

What does a Verified Supplier gain?
A company with Verified Supplier status shows the market that its data has been checked and verified against the main procurement criteria.
This makes the company perceived as:
  • more credible in business terms,
  • more transparent,
  • lower-risk for Contracting Authorities and Buyers,
  • easier to assess by procurement and compliance teams,
  • better prepared to take part in tenders and procurement processes,
  • more attractive to business partners, consortium members and general contractors.

Verified Supplier is a signal to the market that the company is ready to cooperate in line with modern procurement expectations and risk management standards.
