Dzień dobry,
proszę o ofertę cenową na zaprojektowanie, wykonanie, dostawę, montaż oraz uruchomienie kompletnej linii pośredniej transportu pneumatycznego antracytu do pieca EAF w zakładzie Cognor S.A. Oddział Huty Stali Jakościowej w Stalowej Woli.
Instalacja ma zapewniać automatyczny transport oraz dozowanie antracytu do istniejącego układu podawania materiału.
Zakres prac: opracowanie koncepcji technicznej, wykonanie projektu wykonawczego, dostawę wszystkich urządzeń i materiałów, wykonanie konstrukcji wsporczych, montaż mechaniczny, montaż pneumatyczny, montaż elektryczny i AKPiA, wykonanie oprogramowania sterownika PLC i panelu operatorskiego, integrację z istniejącym systemem sterowania, uruchomienie instalacji, wykonanie prób funkcjonalnych, przeprowadzenie prób wydajnościowych, szkolenie obsługi i służb utrzymania ruchu, przekazanie kompletnej dokumentacji powykonawczej.
Minimalne wymagania techniczne:
Układ transportu wydajność instalacji: 600-700 kg/h, transport pneumatyczny, rurociąg transportowy DN50, sterowanie automatyczne, możliwość współpracy z istniejącym układem podawania antracytu.
Układ dozowania
W skład instalacji powinny wchodzić minimum: podajniki komorowe, dozownik celkowy, eżektor transportowy, filtr workowy, zbiornik ważący oparty na tensometrach, armatura pneumatyczna.
Zbiorniki pośrednie wykonanie ze stali konstrukcyjnej zabezpieczonej antykorozyjnie, pojemność zgodna z wymaganiami zapewniającymi ciągłość pracy instalacji, system fluidyzacji, młotki pneumatyczne, czujniki poziomu, system ważenia.
Konstrukcja wsporcza konstrukcja stalowa zabezpieczona antykorozyjnie, pomosty obsługowe, drabiny, barierki, kraty pomostowe, nośność pomostów minimum 200 kg/m².
Automatyka
Oferta powinna obejmować: kompletny układ sterowania, wizualizację procesu, możliwość współpracy z istniejącym systemem sterowania, sygnalizację stanów alarmowych, archiwizację podstawowych parametrów pracy.
Dokumentacja
Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do przekazania: projektu wykonawczego, dokumentacji powykonawczej, dokumentacji DTR, dokumentacji UDT, deklaracji zgodności CE, schematów elektrycznych, schematów pneumatycznych, instrukcji eksploatacji i konserwacji, listy części zamiennych.
Odbiór
Warunkiem odbioru będzie: zakończenie montażu, pozytywne uruchomienie instalacji, osiągnięcie deklarowanej wydajności, przekazanie kompletnej dokumentacji, przeprowadzenie szkolenia personelu.
Oferta powinna zawierać
opis proponowanego rozwiązania, zakres dostawy, wykaz urządzeń, harmonogram realizacji, termin realizacji, okres gwarancji, warunki serwisu, warunki płatności, cenę netto i brutto z podziałem na: projekt, dostawę urządzeń, montaż, uruchomienie, dokumentację, szkolenie.

Good morning,
I would like to request a quotation for the design, manufacture, delivery, installation and commissioning of a complete intermediate pneumatic conveying line for anthracite to the EAF furnace at the Cognor S.A. plant, High-Quality Steelworks Branch in Stalowa Wola.
The installation is to ensure the automatic transport and dosing of anthracite into the existing material feeding system.
Scope of work:
development of a technical concept, preparation of detailed design drawings, supply of all equipment and materials, fabrication of support structures, mechanical assembly, pneumatic assembly, electrical and I&C assembly, development of PLC control software and operator panel, integration with the existing control system, commissioning of the installation, functional testing, performance testing, training of operating and maintenance staff, and handover of complete as-built documentation.
Minimum technical requirements:
Conveying system
system capacity: 600–700 kg/h, pneumatic conveying, DN50 conveying pipework, automatic control, compatibility with the existing anthracite feeding system.
Dosing system
The plant should comprise at least the following:
chamber feeders, cell feeder, transport ejector, bag filter, strain gauge-based weighing hopper, pneumatic fittings.
Intermediate hoppers
manufactured from structural steel with anti-corrosion protection, capacity in accordance with requirements ensuring continuous operation of the plant, fluidisation system, pneumatic hammers, level sensors, weighing system.
Support structure
corrosion-protected steel structure, access platforms, ladders, guardrails, platform gratings; minimum load-bearing capacity of platforms: 200 kg/m².
Automation
The tender should include:
a complete control system, process visualisation, the ability to interface with the existing control system, alarm signalling, and archiving of key operating parameters.
Documentation
The contractor is obliged to provide:
detailed design drawings, as-built drawings, technical documentation (DTR), UDT documentation, CE declaration of conformity, electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, operating and maintenance manuals, and a spare parts list.
Acceptance
Acceptance shall be subject to the following conditions:
completion of installation, successful commissioning of the system, achievement of the declared performance, handover of complete documentation, and provision of staff training.
The quotation should include
a description of the proposed solution, scope of supply, list of equipment, implementation schedule, completion date, warranty period, service terms, payment terms, net and gross prices broken down into:
design, supply of equipment, installation, commissioning, documentation, training.
