RFI - Broker Selection for the Sale of the Sunreef 70 Power Catamaran "Amileo"

Dear Sir or Madam,
We would like to invite you to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Information (RFI) regarding the selection of a broker for the sale of the Sunreef 70 Power catamaran "Amileo".
The purpose of this RFI is to collect information required to assess your company's capability to provide professional brokerage services for the sale of a yacht owned by mLeasing.
The set of requirements regarding the requested service is presented in Appendix No. 1 – “RFI Requirements.”
Submission of a response constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions specified in this RFI and in the "Rules of Participation in the Procurement Process."
If you are interested in providing commercial information in connection with this RFI, please submit your response in accordance with the instructions and procedures specified herein.
To properly submit your response, please:
1. Accept the Terms and Conditions (by selecting the relevant checkbox).
2. Submit a declaration confirming communication via the procurement platform (by selecting the relevant checkbox).
4. Attach the required information in accordance with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 1.
5. In the procurement application, please enter the gross amount in EUR or PLN in the pricing field.
All questions regarding this RFI should be submitted via the Market Planet platform in the "Questions and Answers" section. Questions must not contain any information identifying their origin, such as the bidder's name, as the content of all questions and answers will be shared with all bidders.
This Request for Information (RFI) constitutes the first stage of the procurement process. Information submitted in response to this RFI shall not constitute a basis for supplier selection or for entering into an agreement with mBank. The materials submitted as part of this RFI are intended solely for informational purposes and will serve as the basis on which the Bank will decide whether to qualify the broker for the next stage of the tender process. mBank will treat all information received through this RFI as confidential and will not disclose any such information without the supplier's prior consent.
Responses to this RFI should be prepared in either Polish or English.
Within the framework of this RFI, the only authorized contact person is the buyer responsible for managing the process. Please note that all telephone conversations with the buyer are recorded.
