Notice description
mBank S.A invites you to participate in a Request for Information (RFI).
Description of the subject of the inquiry in the below and in attachments 1 to 3.
mBank is seeking solutions that support the development and maintenance of IT systems by automating selected steps within the software delivery and support processes through the use of LLM models.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to review solutions that automate the ticket resolution process, including ticket analysis, solution recommendation, code commit and push to the source code repository, and the creation of a pull request.
Given the regulated nature of the operating environment, in addition to functional requirements, particular emphasis will be placed on non-functional requirements, especially those related to security, compliance, and overall solution governance.
A detailed list of requirements is provided in the appendices attached to this RFI.
Important!
The mBank may decide to proceed with a Proof of Concept (PoC) with selected suppliers.
If there are any costs associated with the implementation of the PoC, please include this information in your response to the RFI.
Documents to be completed by Vendors
As part of the RFI, Vendors are required to complete and submit the following documents via the Marketplanet platform:

(tabs to be completed: RFI_PL_Requirements / RFI_EN_Requirements)
2. Attachment no 2 _Załącznik nr 2_ DB Requirements _Wymagania DB

(tab to be completed: Oferent / Partner)
Please provide us with USD net price. The system will automatically add polish VAT rate (23%)
Communication and Q&A rules
All questions regarding the subject of the procedure must be submitted via the Marketplanet platform in the “Questions & Answers” section.
Questions must not contain any information identifying the submitting Vendor (such as company name), as all questions and answers will be shared with all participating Vendors.
Communication
All communication during the process will be conducted via the Marketplanet platform. Vendors are required to monitor the platform for any updates and published information.
Confidentiality
All information provided within the RFI process will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of market analysis and potential further procurement activities of mBank S.A.
