Dear Sir or Madam,
We kindly invite you to participate in the procurement procedure aimed at selecting a Contractor to offer a subscription for regulatory and market analysis
Please submit any questions exclusively via the procurement platform by 6 July 2026, 9:00 AM CET. Any comments regarding the provisions of Section 11. MISCELLANOUS of RFP (including contractual liquadated damages) and other provisions of the future Agreement should also be submitted via the procurement platform by July 6 th 2026, 9:00 AM. Responses will be provided promptly, also via the procurement platform.
Offers must be submitted exclusively through the procurement platform by July 22nd 2026, 3:00 PM CET.
We would also like to draw your attention to the requirement to separate the offer into a substantive part and a commercial part.Placing the offer documents in a different structure may result in rejection of the offer.
