Dear Sir or Madam, On behalf of Holcim Polska S.A., I invite you to submit a quote for the supply of brand new spare parts for the Kujawy Cement Plant.
Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order
[FOR SUPPLY OF MATERIALS/GOODS]: Supply of brand new rolling bearings. Manufacturer's specifications required – only FAG brand (no substitutes available).
Raw material mill grinding roller bearing SYMBOL F-804529.PRL – 1 piece.
Raw material mill grinding roller bearing, SYMBOL F-804530.PRL – 1 piece.
[FOR BOTH CATEGORIES]: Detailed technical specifications and guidelines can be found in three appendices to this request for quotation.
3. Contract Fulfillment Terms
Deadline for Bid Submission: June 30, 2026
Delivery Date: As soon as possible.
Place of delivery: Piechcin Cement Plant in Kujawy.
Delivery Terms (Incoterms 2020): DAP Piechcin Cement Plant in Kujawy. As a rule, the price must include full shipping and packaging costs.
4. Requirements for Bidders (Qualification Criteria)
Bids may only submit bids offering original, brand-new FAG products that fully comply with the specified technical specifications.
5. Content and Method of Offer Preparation
Please include in your calculation and clearly indicate in your offer:
Final price – the final, total net and gross price for the two specified bearings is required.
Additional costs – transportation and packaging costs must be explicitly included in the final price in accordance with DAP Incoterms requirements.

Holcim Polska S.A. The Bidder reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, repeat, postpone, or terminate the bid review process without providing reasons. Bidders are not entitled to any claims against Holcim in this regard.
Holcim Polska S.A. reserves the right to contact only selected Bidders. The parties waive the application of Article 68² of the Civil Code.
A bid that does not meet all of the above conditions may eliminate the bidder from the bid selection process.
