Notice description
Dział Zakupów PESA Bydgoszcz S.A. z siedzibą w Bydgoszczy (dalej: PESA) zwraca się z prośbą o przedstawienie aktualnej oferty /cennika reprofilacji zestawów kołowych/tarcz hamulcowych
Przedstawiona oferta powinna zawierać/ The presented offer should include::
- nazwę i adres Oferenta / name and address of the Bidder
- termin płatności nie krótszy niż 30 dni licząc od dnia wpływu faktury do PESA / payment deadline not shorter than 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by PESA
- warunki dostawy DAP / DAP delivery terms
Wymagane świadectwo odbioru materiału 3.1 wg PN-EN 10204:2006/

PESA zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany harmonogramu dostaw oraz ilości wolumenu w przypadku zmian konstrukcyjnych pojazdu lub innych czynników niemożliwych do przewidzenia w dniu wyboru oferty. Podane ilości są wartościami szacowanymi w dniu wystawienia zapytania ofertowego, które mogą ulec zmianie z powodów niezależnych od PESA, wobec czego Państwa oferta nie będzie powodowała powstania zobowiązań po stronie PESA. Jednocześnie zastrzegamy możliwość zmiany zamówienia w trakcie realizacji z uwagi na zmiany w dokumentacji, które nie były możliwe do przewidzenia w dniu wyboru oferty. / PESA reserves the right to change the delivery schedule and volume in the event of vehicle design changes or other factors impossible to predict on the day of selecting the offer. The given quantities are estimated values on the date of issuing the request for quotation, which may change for reasons beyond PESA's control, therefore your offer will not result in any obligations on PESA's part. At the same time, we reserve the right to change the order during execution due to changes in the documentation that were not foreseeable on the day of selecting the offer.
PESA zastrzega możliwość realizacji pierwszej partii dla pojazdu prototypowego w celu weryfikacji. – ustalenia indywidulane Dostawca-Kupiec / PESA reserves the right to produce the first batch for a prototype vehicle for verification purposes. – individual arrangements Supplier-Buyer
Jeżeli Oferent nie jest w stanie dotrzymać terminu składania ofert, powinien w ciągu 24 godzin w formie e-mail zgłosić ten fakt na adres Kupca. Kupiec w uzasadnionych przypadkach może wydłużyć termin składania ofert. / If the Bidder is unable to meet the deadline for submitting offers, he or she should report this fact by e-mail to the Buyer's address within 24 hours. In justified cases, the buyer may extend the deadline for submitting offers.
