The subject matter of this contract is the supply of a full set of 37 screening compounds, as listed in Appendix No. 1 – Offer Form, together with their delivery to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A., Poland.
For the purposes of this procedure, “supply” shall mean the sale of materials together with their transport and delivery to the registered office of the Ordering Party.
