1. Cel zapytania ofertowego
1.1 Zapytanie ofertowe zostało przygotowane i wysłane do grupy dostawców. Poniższy dokument zapewnia wszystkim dostawcom dostęp do takich samych informacji. Celem poniższego zapytania jest wybór najbardziej optymalnej możliwości wybory dostawcy palet do zakładów Zamawiającego.
2. Ogólne warunki zapytania ofertowego
2.1 Dostawca oświadcza, iż dostarczy do Zamawiającego ustalone towary w oparciu o warunki wymienione poniżej. Niniejsze Warunki Zapytania Ofertowego nie są przedmiotem negocjacji i stanowią z warunkami zakupu negocjowanymi przez Dział Zakupów Zamawiającego bazę/podstawę do zawarcia umowy.
2.2 Dla korzystnej współpracy pomiędzy Zamawiającym a Dostawca, Dostawca uczyni wszystko, aby wypełnić oparte o bieżące realia rynkowe wymagania Zamawiającego.
2.3 Dostawca i Zamawiający deklaruje wypełnianie swych zobowiązań przy utrzymaniu efektywnej komunikacji pomiędzy stronami.
2.4 Zapytanie ofertowe będzie podzielone na 2 etapy:
1 etap - Zebranie ofert cenowych do dnia 22.06.2026 – godzina 11:00.
2 etap - Aukcja negocjacyjna z Dostawcami, którzy złożyli najbardziej korzystne oferty cenowe w 1 etapie. Zostaną Państwo powiadomieni osobnym emailem o terminie aukcji, natomiast powinna ona się odbyć nie później niż 2 dni robocze od zakończonego ofertowania.
2.5 Po zakończonej aukcji, Zamawiający skontaktuje się bezpośrednio z wybranymi Dostawcami w celu potwierdzenia oferty cenowej oraz przyznanego wolumenu.
2.6 Po zakończonym zapytaniu ofertowym oraz wyborze Dostawców, Zamawiający nie będzie przyjmował dodatkowych ofert.
2.7 Wolumen palet podany w zapytaniu ofertowym dotyczy estymowanych ilości w kolejnych 6 miesiącach od zakończenia aukcji.
2.8 Jeżeli oferta dostawcy nie zostanie wybrana w danym zapytaniu ofertowym, ma możliwość ponownego przystąpienia do kolejnego przetargu po okresie około 6 miesięcy.
3 Opis przedmiotu zamówienia
3.1 Niniejsze Warunki Zapytania Ofertowego dotyczą potencjalnego zakupu przez Grupę Qemetica następujących towarów - palety drewniane, certyfikowane, zgodne z tabela produktów dołączonych do zapytania na platformie Logintrade.
3.2. W tabeli produkty, pole - dodatkowe uwagi znajda Państwo informacje o miejscu dostawy palet oraz pozostałe szczegóły.
3.3. Specyfikacje palet oraz pozostałe dokumenty z którymi należy się zapoznać znajdują się w załącznikach. Dostęp do załączników jest możliwy tylko po zalogowaniu do platformy.
3.4 Grupa Qemetica będzie przysługiwać prawo do przeprowadzenia audytu zakładu produkcyjnego/ magazynu Dostawcy w celu zweryfikowania możliwości produkcyjnych, jakościowych, warunków przechowywania oraz innych warunków handlowych odebranego towaru.
4 Warunki handlowe i logistyczne
4.1 Warunki dostawy: DAP – Qemetica Soda Polska (Inowrocław i Janikowo, Polska) i Qemetica Sól Niemcy (Staßfurt, Niemcy)
4.2 Preferowana waluta: PLN / EUR
4.3 Termin płatności: 60 dni
4.4 Ceny dla palet EPAL - wycenione DAP, sposób transportu jedna na druga.
4.5 Ceny przedstawione przez dostawców w obu opcjach pozostają niezmienne w zamierzonym okresie obowiązywania umowy, tj. od momentu zawarcia umowy, do momentu jej wygaśnięcia. Ceny nie zawierają podatku VAT (netto).
4.6 Grupa Qemetica zastrzega sobie prawo do weryfikacji ceny podczas trwania umowy, jeżeli warunki i sytuacja rynkowa ulegnie zmianie.
4.7 Rodzaj transportu wraz z ewentualnymi zastrzeżeniami technicznymi: samochodowy
4.8 Zamawiający podkreśla, że podane ilości to estymacje i mogą ulec zmianie ze względu na zmienność rynku. Z uwagi na sezonowość produkcji, należy liczyć się z tym, ze nieco większe zapotrzebowanie może wystąpić w wybranych miesiącach.
4.9 W przypadku skrajnie wysokich lub skrajnie niskich ofert, odbiegających od standardów rynkowych oferty będą odrzucane.
4.10 Grupa Qemetica podaje do wyceny dwa typy pale, EPAL nowe oraz używane klasa A, nie należy łączyć tych wolumenów zakupu palet razem dla danego zakładu Qemetici. W zależności od cen uzyskanych na przetargu, Grupa Qemetica dla danej lokalizacji Polski lub Niemiec, może wybrać bardziej preferowany (nowy lub używany) typ palety.
5 Pozostałe wymagania
5.1 Grupa Qemetica zastrzega sobie prawo do alokacji wolumenu dla różnych dostawców w trakcie trwania umowy.
5.2 Zaznaczamy, ze produkty i dostawcy do tej pory nie stosowane lub nie testowane, będą musiały przejść najpierw proces kwalifikacji.
5.3 Dostawca przystępując do zapytania ofertowego oświadcza, iż zapoznał się ze wszystkimi załącznikami oraz akceptuje ich treść.
5.4 Licencja/ certyfikat - jeżeli oferta dotyczy palet certyfikowanych, Dostawca jest proszony o złożenie dokumentu potwierdzającego uzyskanie ważnej licencji EPAL.
5.4 Klauzula poufności: Dostawca zobowiązuje się do traktowania wszelkich informacji wynikających z faktu otrzymania niniejszego Zapytania jako poufne. Dostawca dołoży wszelkich starań, aby przekazane w niniejszym zapytaniu informacje przekazane przez Grupę Qemetica były chronione za pomocą tych samych środków co materiały chronione Dostawcy.
5.5 Koszt przygotowania oferty ponosi dostawca.

1 Purpose of the invitation to tender
1.1 The RFQ has been prepared and sent to a group of suppliers. The following document ensures that all suppliers have access to the same information. The purpose of the following enquiry is to select the most optimal supplier of pallets for the Buyer's plants.
2 General conditions of the request
2.1 The Supplier declares that it will deliver the agreed goods to the Buyer on the basis of the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions of the enquiry are not subject to negotiation and, together with the terms and conditions of purchase negotiated by the Buyer's purchasing department, form the basis for the conclusion of the contract.
2.2 For a profitable cooperation between the Buyer and the Supplier, the Supplier shall do everything possible to meet the Buyer's requirements based on current market conditions.
2.3 The Supplier and the Customer declare that they will fulfil their obligations while maintaining effective communication between the parties.
2.4 The call for tenders is divided into 2 phases:
Stage 1 - Collection of price offers until 22/06/2026 - 11:00.
Stage 2 - Negotiation auction with the suppliers who have submitted the most favourable price offers in stage 1. You will be notified of the date of the auction by separate email, but it should take place no later than 2 working days after the close of the bidding.
2.5 After the auction, the contracting authority will contact the selected suppliers directly to confirm the price bid and the quantity awarded.
2.6 The contracting authority will not accept any further bids after the tender process has been completed and the suppliers have been selected.
2.7 The pallet volumes quoted in the RFP are estimated volumes for the next 12 weeks following the end of the Auction.
2.8 If a supplier's bid is not selected in a particular request for quotation, the supplier will have the opportunity to participate in another request for quotation after a period of approximately 12 weeks.
3 Description of the subject matter
3.1 These terms and conditions of the Request for Quotation relate to the potential purchase by Qemetica Group of the following goods - certified wooden pallets, in accordance with the product table attached to the Request for Quotation on the Logintrade platform.
3.2 In the product table, in the field - additional notes you can find information about the place of delivery of the pallets and other details.
3.3 Pallet specifications and other documents to be consulted are attached. Access to the appendices is possible only after logging in to the platform.
3.3 Qemetica Group has the right to inspect the Supplier's production facility/warehouse in order to verify the production capacity, quality, storage conditions and other commercial conditions of the goods received.
4 Commercial and logistic conditions
4.1 Delivery conditions: DAP - Qemetica Soda Poland (Inowrocław and Janikowo, Poland) and Qemetica Sól Germany (Staßfurt, Germany).
4.2 Preferred currency: PLN / EUR
4.3 Payment terms: 60 days
4.4 Prices for EPAL pallets - price DAP, method of transport on top of each other.
4.5 The prices quoted by the Supplier for both options are fixed for the duration of the contract, i.e. from the date of its conclusion to its expiry. The prices are exclusive of VAT (net).
4.6 Qemetica Group reserves the right to revise the price during the term of the contract if conditions and the market situation change.
4.7 Mode of transport, including any technical reservations: by car.
4.8 The purchaser understands that the quantities quoted are estimates and may vary due to market volatility. Due to the seasonal nature of production, it must be taken into account that there may be a slightly higher demand in certain months.
4.9 Offers which are extremely high or extremely low and which deviate from market standards will be rejected.
4.10 Qemetica Group offers two types of EPAL pallets, new and used class A. These pallet purchase volumes should not be combined for a given Qemetica plant. Depending on the prices obtained in the tender, Qemetica Group may choose the more preferred (new or used) pallet type for a given location in Poland or Germany.
5 Other requirements
5.1 Qemetica Group reserves the right to allocate quantities to different suppliers during the term of the contract.
5.2 We point out that products and suppliers that have not been used or tested before must first go through a qualification process.
5.3 The Supplier declares that he has read and accepts all attachments to the RFQ.
5.4 Licence/Certificate - If the tender is for certified pallets, the supplier will be asked to provide proof that he has obtained a valid EPAL licence.
5.4 Confidentiality clause: The Supplier undertakes to treat as confidential all information resulting from the receipt of this request. The Supplier shall use its best efforts to ensure that the information provided by Qemetica Group in this request is protected by the same means as the Supplier's proprietary materials.
5.5 The cost of preparing an offer shall be borne by the Supplier.
