Brief characteristics of the company

AirportLabs Limited is a R&D company focused on rapid and iterative innovation, founded in January 2015. Our mission is to make aviation more efficient. Our solutions are incorporating the latest available paradigms, architectures and technologies that are in wide utilisation at a global scale. Our role is to take these technologies, validate their suitability for the industry and shape them to ensure that they meet both the customer requirements but also that they can be provided with a transition path that does not negatively impact the customers or passengers. Our large allocation for research and development results in rapid innovation, as proven in the past 9 years, enables us to produce innovative solutions and advancements that assist the aviation industry. Our SaaS model puts the risk and pressure on us to always stay at the forefront of solutions. Our visibility into how the products are actually used gives unique insight into opportunities to optimise and improve products, visibility that traditional solutions providers simply can not have. AirportLabs consists of a team of 100+ engineers with over 17 years experience in designing, building and operating airport systems; 20 years of experience in software/web/mobile development; 15 years of experience in electronic control systems. AirportLabs is a CAP1753-compliant and ISO27001-certified solutions provider. We have a deep understanding of airport environments, ground handling systems and processes as well we evolved a lot of our knowledge based on the operational experience with existing customers. Every one of our products has been developed together with a customer to cover local specific needs, however with the mindset that anything that is built will need to be applicable for other customers.
