CERSANIT S.A. Production Plant in Wałbrzych is looking for a partner willing to cooperate in the area of: Determination of slip resistance of floor tiles acc. to norm EN 16165:21
The purchase will be realization based on OWZ agreement (OWZ template is in the attachment).

We would like to request a quotation for slip resistance testing of ceramic tiles in accordance with EN 16165 – Determination of slip resistance of pedestrian surfaces, covering the following test methods:
Annex A
Annex B
Annex C
Annex D
Please include the following information in your offer:
Pricing for testing in accordance with Annexes A, B, C and D.
Required number of samples.
Requirements for sample preparation prior to testing.
Expected lead time from receipt of samples to issuance of the test report.
Information regarding the reporting format and the laboratory''s accreditation status.
Shipping instructions and sample delivery requirements.
Documents to be attached to the offer (scanned versions are acceptable):
1. Current extract from the National Court Register (chammber of commerce) or Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).
2. Power of attorney for the Bidder's representative – signed in accordance with the rules of representation. (attachment: 4_Declaration of entrepreneur status – signed in accordance with the rules of representation.)
