flat-rate cost of pre-repair verification of devices along with preparation of a repair offer
Notice description
The Purchasing Department of PESA Bydgoszcz S.A., based in Bydgoszcz, requests a flat-rate quote for pre-repair device verification, including a repair quote.
Warranty: 12 months
Provide the cost for each device group we repair (e.g., stack, inverter, etc.).
Provide the verification time.
Provide the estimated repair time.
Prerequisite: If the repair offer is accepted, the verification cost will be waived.
Estimated delivery date: Ongoing
The bid specification, containing all technical requirements, will be sent via email after the Bidder submits a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
The submitted offer should include:
- name and address of the Bidder
- completion date from the date of order placement
- payment term no shorter than 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice by PESA
- offer validity date
- unit price
- delivery terms: DAP Bydgoszcz
The offer must include all activities performed using the technology specified in the documentation or meet the requirements of the offer/technical specifications, and include the provision of all required documents contained in the above documents.
Material Acceptance Certificate 3.1 required, depending on the note on the order.
Notes:
An Agreement will be signed with the Supplier who submits the most advantageous offer, the annex of which will be the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Goods and Services to PESA Bydgoszcz S.A.
The Delivery Packaging Instructions and Delivery Labeling Instructions apply to the delivery of Deliveries.

PESA reserves the right to change the delivery schedule and volume in the event of design changes. Vehicle or other factors unforeseeable on the date of bid selection. The quantities provided are estimated values on the date of the request for quotation and are subject to change for reasons beyond PESA's control. Therefore, your bid will not result in any obligations on the part of PESA. We reserve the right to amend the order during execution due to changes in the documentation that were unforeseeable on the date of bid selection.
If the Bidder is unable to meet the bid submission deadline, they should notify the Buyer by email within 24 hours. In justified cases, the Buyer may extend the bid submission deadline.
