Va invitam sa participati la licitatia organizata de CERSANIT ROMANIA SA avand ca obiect leasingul operational auto .
Cerintele noastre sunt :
Fleet Tender – Vehicle Requirements (Class C / Medium Cars)-NEW CARSNumber of cars around 10-15
1. Vehicle CategoryThe tender covers the supply of passenger vehicles in the C-segment (medium class cars).
2. Technical SpecificationsBody Type : Station wagon (estate)
Engine OptionsVehicles must be offered with the following engine types:
-Petrol engine: 1.5 TSI – 150 HP
-Diesel engine: 2.0 TDI – 150 HP
Equivalent alternatives with comparable performance and efficiency may be proposed, subject to approval.
Transmission: Automatic transmission (mandatory)
Exterior ColorVehicles must be available in the following colors: white, grey, black
3. Required EquipmentComfort & Safety
Winter package (e.g., heated windshield or mirrors)
Connectivity & Technology
-Smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay and/or Android Auto)
-Voice control / voice command system
4. Leasing Model and Financial Conditions
Vehicles must be offered in anoperating leasing model with the following conditions:
-Lease period: 24 or 36 months
-Monthly installment (lease rate) must include a full-service package, covering:
1. Financing
2. Full maintenance and servicing
3. Insurance (comprehensive package including third-party liability and casco, replacement car for the duration of repairs, service)
4. Mileage pooling option
The offer should clearly specify :
-Monthly rate per vehicle
-Included mileage and cost of excess mileage
-Terms and conditions of contract termination, vehicle replacement
-Detailed vehicle specifications (technical datasheets)
-Delivery lead times
-Full description of service package (service scope, insurance coverage, etc.)
The winning company must provide replacement cars for the duration of the delivery of the ordered cars .

The supplier shall provide a comprehensive fuel card solution, including:
-Issuance and delivery of fuel cards for the entire fleet
-Administration and management of fuel cards (activation, blocking, limits, user assignment)
-Access to an online platform for card management
-Detailed fuel transaction reporting, including refueling data (date, location, volume, value, driver/vehicle identification)
-Periodic reporting for monitoring fuel consumption and costs
-Data export capability for further analysis (e.g., Excel, CSV)
The offer must contain the payment term-our agree term is 60 days.
