Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie Zamawiającemu czasowej licencji na użytkowanie oprogramowania do zarządzania programami studiów i studiów podyplomowych, świadczenie na rzecz Uniwersytetu w tym okresie usługi utrzymania oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla użytkowników licencjonowanego oprogramowania, zgodnie z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia, zawartym w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
