Szanowni Państwo,
Animex Foods Sp. z o.o. w Poznaniu zaprasza do składania ofert:
1. Przedmiot zamówienia:
Automatyczny dyspenser do rozcieńczalnika
2. Warunki zamówienia:
2.1 . zawarcie umowy w formie pisemnej lub elektronicznej (wymagany kwalifikowany podpis elektroniczny).
3. Warunki wymagane od oferenta:
3.1. Proszę o podanie cen netto za 1 SZT UWZGLĘDNIAJĄC ILOŚCI PODANE W TABELI
4. Termin składania i warunki formalne oferty:
4.1. oferty należy składać w terminie wskazanym w zapytaniu ofertowym, wyłącznie z wykorzystaniem platformy zakupowej.
4.2. oferent pozostaje związany ofertą od momentu jej złożenia do upływu terminu min. [60] dni licząc od daty upływu terminu składania ofert.
4.3. oferta powinna nadto zawierać:
4.3.1. [cena netto/1 SZT; możliwy termin realizacji od złożenia zamówienia MAILEM; termin płatności]
4.4. oferty odbiegające od wymogów opisanych powyżej zostaną automatycznie odrzucone i nie będą brane pod uwagę.
5. Dokumenty wymagane od Oferenta:
5.1. Oferent zobowiązany jest dołączyć do oferty (w formie załączników) następujące dokumenty: KARTĘ TECHNICZNĄ
5.2. niedołączenie do oferty wszystkich wymienionych powyżej dokumentów może stanowić podstawę do odrzucenia oferty przez Zamawiającego.
6. Przebieg postępowania:
6.1. Zamawiający dopuszcza w ramach postępowania podjęcie negocjacji handlowych mających na celu ustalenie wszystkich postanowień docelowej umowy. Zaproszenie do negocjacji nie oznacza wyboru oferty przez Zamawiającego.
6.2. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do:
6.2.1. zmiany zakresu postępowania zakupowego oraz sposobu jego prowadzenia
6.2.2. swobodnego wyboru oferty
6.2.3. selektywnego wyboru dostawcy
6.2.4. odmowy podjęcia negocjacji w toku postępowania zakupowego
6.2.5. odrzucenia którejkolwiek z ofert, rezygnacji i zamknięcia postępowania lub odrzucenia wszystkich ofert, w dowolnym czasie na każdym etapie postępowania bez dokonania wyboru oferty i bez jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności wobec oferentów, jak i bez podania przyczyny.
7. Postanowienia końcowe:
7.1. Złożenie oferty handlowej jest równoznaczne z zapoznaniem się i zaakceptowaniem przez oferenta treści niniejszego zaproszenia do składania ofert oraz treści Regulaminu Platformy Zakupowej, znajdującego się pod adresem:

2. Terms of order:
2.1. Conclusion of the contract in writing or electronically (qualified electronic signature required).
3. Conditions required from the bidder:
3.1. Please provide the net price per unit, taking into account the quantities given in the table. 4. Bid submission deadline and formal requirements:
4.1. Bids must be submitted by the deadline specified in the request for proposals, exclusively via the procurement platform.
4.2. The bidder remains bound by the offer from the date of its submission until the expiry of at least [60] days from the bid submission deadline.
4.3. The offer should also include: 4.3.1. [net price/1 PCS; possible completion date from placing an order via email; payment deadline]
4.4. Offers that deviate from the requirements described above will be automatically rejected and will not be considered.
5. Documents required from the Bidder: 5.1. The Bidder must attach the following documents to the offer (as appendices): TECHNICAL SHEET
5.2. Failure to attach all of the above-mentioned documents to the offer may constitute grounds for rejection by the Ordering Party.
6. Procedure:
6.1. The Ordering Party allows commercial negotiations to be held as part of the procedure to determine all provisions of the final contract. An invitation to negotiate does not imply that the Ordering Party has selected the offer.
6.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to:
6.2.1. Change the scope of the procurement process and its conduct
6.2.2. Free selection of an offer
6.2.3. Selective selection of a supplier
6.2.4. Refusal to engage in negotiations during the procurement process
6.2.5. Reject any offer, withdraw from and close the procurement process, or reject all offers, at any time at any stage of the procurement process without selecting an offer and without any liability to the bidders, and without providing a reason.
7. Final Provisions:
7.1. Submitting a commercial offer constitutes the bidder's acceptance of and acceptance of the content of this invitation to submit offers and the Terms and Conditions of the Procurement Platform, located at: https://grupasmithfield.logintrade.net/portal,regulamin.html
