Comprehensive mechanical assembly and process connections of a production line for thin recycled wood-based boards

Powstaje w kontekście projektu:
FENX.01.04-IW.01-0048/24 - Budowa innowacyjnej linii technologicznej do produkcji płyty wiórowej z odpadu poprodukcyjnego o kodzie 03 01 05 w IKEA Industry Poland sp. z o.o. w celu optymalizacji zużycia surowca drzewnego
The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive mechanical assembly and process connections of a production line for thin recycled wood-based boards (front-end – material preparation, forming & press, finishing line) together with supply of materials and provision of tools required for mechanical assembly. The scope of works includes:
Mechanical Installation:
1) Complete mechanical assembly of Dieffenbacher equipment
2) Provision of lifting equipment
3) Provision and installation of scaffolding (if necessary)
4) Installation of glue tanks: 1×85 m3, 6×60 m3
5) Execution of works in accordance with provided documentation and 3D model.
Process Connections:
1) Installation in glue kitchen and connections to Dieffenbacher equipment
2) Compressed air installation and machine connections from main ring
3) Installation of dedusting ducts and connection to filters
4) Installation of pneumatic transport systems
5) Installation of thermal oil transfer systems
6) Supply of piping & ducting materials
7) Execution of works in accordance with provided 3D model.
The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall be provided as package of additional documents, available to Tenderer, after signing the unilateral non-disclosure and non-use agreement constituting Annex no. 3 to this document.
The subject of the contract shall comply with the conditions set out in this request for quotation if it meets the requirements specified in the technical specification above, either in a compliant or equivalent manner. The subject of the contract must not have parameters inferior to those presented in the request for quotation. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to clarify the extent of equivalence of the proposed parameters.
The requirements set forth in the technical specification shall take precedence over the attached internal IKEA Manuals and Standards, which will be provided to Tenderer after signing the unilateral non-disclosure and non-use agreement. The Contractor shall be bound by the IKEA Manuals and Standards only to the extent that they relate to the subject matter of the contract.
Okres gwarancji: Minimum of 24 months from the date of signing the final protocol. Maximum 60 months from the date of signing the final protocol.
