Część 1
Part A - Custom synthesis of compounds A1–A13
A description of the subject of the contract is provided in the attached request for quotation no. 20 04 2026 S.
Due to the necessity of protecting highly sensitive information, detailed chemical structures constituting Appendix 02 are made available only to Bidders who undertake to maintain confidentiality.
In order to obtain access to the confidential information, Bidders are required to either:
• submit a signed Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) based on the template attached as Appendix 01, or
• indicate an NDA currently in force with the Ordering Party that covers the disclosure of confidential technical information relevant to the subject matter of this Request for Quotation.
In the latter case, the Bidder shall provide the reference number and date of the applicable NDA.
Requests for access to confidential information should be sent to tenders@ryvu.com, with the reference number RFQ 20 04 2026 S included in the subject line.
Upon verification that a valid NDA is in place, the Ordering Party shall provide access to the confidential information promptly and on identical terms to all interested Bidders.

Adescription of the subject of the contract is provided in the attached request for quotation no. 20 04 2026 S.
