SUBJECT MATTER OF THE ORDER
The subject of this Order is divided into four baskets, i.e.:
Basket 1, performed for Resinvest Skawina, covering the delivery of power generators with a total capacity of 250 MW;
Basket 2, performed for Resinvest Skawina, covering the delivery of cogeneration units with a total capacity of 50 MW;
Basket 3, performed for Resinvest Polska, covering the delivery of cogeneration units with a total capacity of 50 MW;
Basket 4, carried out for Resinvest Chorzów, covering the supply of cogeneration units with a total capacity of 46 MW;
(Basket 1, Basket 2, Basket 3 and Basket 4 are collectively referred to as the "Baskets").
In accordance with Section 4 of the ToR, the Contracting Authority, on its own initiative or at the request of the Suppliers, may organize meetings to clarify the content of the ToR, in particular with regard to clarifying the scope of the Bid evaluation criteria. If a Supplier is interested in participating in such a meeting, they should submit a request to the Contracting Authority via the Platform. At this stage, the Contracting Authority indicates possible meeting dates: between December 9th and 12th and between December 16th and 19th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Details of the meetings will be confirmed.
The Bid evaluation will be based on the Internal Rate of Return (“IRR”). The calculated IRR will constitute the Bid Evaluation Value (“BEV”) which forms the basis for selecting the most advantageous Bid. The Bid that has received the highest BEV will be selected as the most advantageous.
