Powstaje w kontekście projektu:
FENG.01.01-IP.01-1012/23 - Nowa terapia celowana nowotworów z delecją genu MTAP – II faza / New targeted therapy for tumors with a deletion of the MTAP gene – phase II
Ze względu na konieczność ochrony tajemnicy przedsiębiorstwa, opis przedmiotu zamówienia (Załącznik 02) oraz formularz ofertowy (Załącznik 03) udostępniane są wyłącznie Oferentom, którzy zobowiążą się do zachowania poufności. Aby uzyskać dostęp do tych informacji, Oferenci muszą podpisać Umowę o zachowaniu poufności (NDA) lub przekazać informacje o aktualnie obowiązującej NDA. Wzór umowy o zachowaniu poufności stanowi Załącznik 01. Powiadomienie o zamiarze podpisania NDA lub powiązanych informacji należy przesłać na adres vendors.clinical@ryvu.com. W temacie wiadomości e-mail należy podać numer referencyjny zapytania ofertowego (RFQ), tj. 31 07 2025 TR. Zamawiający rozpocznie proces podpisywania NDA.
W przypadku rozbieżności pomiędzy zapisami ogłoszenia w Bazie Konkurencyjności a zapisami zapytania ofertowego w wersji PDF, wiążąca jest wersja PDF zapytania ofertowego załączona do ogłoszenia.

Due to the need to protect business secrets, the description of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix 02) and the offer form (Appendix 03) are made available only to Bidders who undertake to maintain confidentiality. To access this information, Bidders must sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or provide information about an NDA currently in force. The NDA template is attached as Appendix 01. Notification of intention to sign the NDA or related information must be submitted to vendors.clinical@ryvu.com. The subject line of the email must include the reference number of the Request for Quotation (RFQ), i.e. 31 07 2025 TR. The Ordering Party will initiate the NDA signing process.
In the event of discrepancies between the provisions of the announcement on the Competitiveness Base and the records of the inquiry in the PDF version, the PDF version of the RFQ attached to the announcement shall be binding.
