Szanowni Państwo,
zapraszamy Państwa do złożenia oferty w postępowaniu przetargowym na zabudowę i obsługę stoiska firmowego podczas najważniejszych targów farmaceutycznych CPHI w Mediolanie 6-8.10.2026, Szczegóły dotyczące realizacji usługi znajdą Państwo poniżej oraz w załączonej specyfikacji wymagań naszego klienta wewnętrznego
W kosztorysie należy uwzględnić:
1) Koszt przygotowania stoiska (elementy stałe oraz ruchome, w tym wideo takie jak: duży ekran LCD, podłożeni, meble dla dwóch stref spotkań oraz dwa wejścia do stoiska), oświetlenie
2) Koszt cateringu na 3 dni dla odwiedzających - zakładane do 100 osób dziennie. Catering w formie finder-food, spełniający obostrzenia sanitarne (zamknięty).
3) Koszt transportu, rozłożenia i złożenia stoiska
4) Koordynowanie stanowiska z organizatorami targów w zakresie niezbędnych zgód oraz ustaleń (również przez portal organizatora)
Oferta powinna zawierać dwie wizualizację proponowanych wersji stoiska.

we kindly invite you to submit a proposal in the tender procedure for the fit‑out and management of our corporate booth at the CPhI trade fair in Frankfurt. The event will take place from 28 October 2025 to 30 October 2025 at Messe Frankfurt. Details of the required services are provided below and in the attached specification from our internal client.
Your cost estimate should include:
Booth fit‑out (fixed and movable elements), including video equipment such as a large LCD screen, flooring, furniture for two meeting zones, two booth entrances, and lighting.
Catering for three days for visitors – up to 100 persons per day. Catering should consist of finger food, compliant with sanitary regulations (pre‑packaged).
Transport, assembly, and dismantling of the booth.
Coordination of the booth with the fair organizers regarding all necessary approvals and arrangements (including via the organizer’s portal).
The proposal should include two visualizations of the proposed booth designs.
