For a detailed description of the subject of the contract, see Document 1. Subject of the procurement.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the LOGINTRADE procurement platform.
Nevertheless, the procedure doesn’t allow the submission of a partial bid. Entering PLN 0 is equivalent to stating that the product will be provided for free/service will be provided for free to the Ordering Party.
All questions regarding the subject matter of this procurement procedure should be submitted via the LOGINTRADE platform (only a registered Bidder can ask a question).
The required documents, shall be submitted only from the Bidder who wins the tender procedure.
Note! In the interest of preserving the transparency of the procurement process and the fair treatment of bidders, the LOGINTRADE platform prevents offers from being opened before the deadline for their submission.
