Запрошуємо Вас взяти участь у річному тендері на постачання насосів та запчастин до них.
Метою тендеру є визначення основних постачальників, укладення рамкових договорів на 2 роки та фіксація цін.
Уся необхідна інформація та перелік позицій містяться у вкладених файлах.
Умови участі в тендеріПеревага надається виробникам, зазначених у відповідному файлі.Якщо в пропозиції планується альтернативний виробник, обов’язково заповніть відповідну колонку у файлі із зазначенням повної інформації по заміні.
Просимо в комерційній пропозиції обов’язково зазначити:Ціна: Просимо вказати вартість за одиницю (без ПДВ) з доставкою на завод.Бажаний термін фіксації ціни: 1 квартал (EUR).Кількість: Обсяг закупівлі орієнтовний на рік.Строк поставки: Вкажіть, будь ласка, максимальний строк поставки з моменту підтвердження замовлення.Оплата: Прошу зазначити умови оплати.
У вкладенні Список на тендер насоси.xsl,файл має 3 аркуша,де на кожному окремому аркуші орієнтовна потреба надана технічними відділами 2D/3D та відділом головного інженеру.Файл обов'язковий до заповнення та вкладення на платформу.

The purpose of this tender is to select key suppliers, conclude framework agreements for a period of 2 years, and fix prices.
All necessary information, technical requirements, and the list of items are provided in the attached files.
Tender participation conditions
Priority will be given to the manufacturers specified in the relevant file. If an alternative manufacturer is proposed in your offer, please ensure that the corresponding column
in the file is completed with full replacement details.
Please include the following in your commercial offer:
Price: Please indicate the unit price (excluding VAT), delivered to the plant.
Desired price validity period: 1 quarter (EUR).
Quantity: Estimated annual procurement volume.
Delivery time: Please specify the maximum lead time from order confirmation.
Payment terms: Please indicate payment conditions.
The attachment “List for tender – pumps.xlsx” contains 3 sheets. Each sheet includes the estimated demand provided by the technical departments
(2D/3D) and the Chief Engineer’s department.The file is mandatory to complete and upload to the platform.
