Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ma przyjemność zaprosić Państwa do udziału w postępowaniu, którego przedmiotem jest kompleksowe wykonanie modernizacji części mokrej maszyny papierniczej MP-2 obejmującej demontaż istniejącej części mokrej maszyny papierniczej MP-2, dostawę i instalację nowej części mokrej maszyny papierniczej MP-2 oraz wykonanie wszystkich niezbędnych robót budowlano – instalacyjno – montażowych w budynku PWPW przy ulicy Sanguszki 1. Zobowiązanie Wykonawcy obejmuje także wykonanie kompleksowych projektów modernizacji części mokrej maszyny papierniczej MP-2 oraz projektów niezbędnych robót budowlano – instalacyjno – montażowych, a także dokumentacji powykonawczej.

Warunkiem uczestniczenia w wizji lokalnej jest:
- co najmniej 1-dzień roboczy przed wskazanym terminem wizji lokalnej, elektroniczne zgłoszenie osób uczestniczących po stronie Wykonawcy z podaniem niezbędnych danych (imię i nazwisko, nr dokumentu tożsamości do identyfikacji uczestnika), w celu przygotowania przepustki upoważniającej do wejścia na teren Zamawiającego;
W przypadku wątpliwości związanych z formalnym przygotowaniem dokumentacji przetargowej prosimy o kierowanie pytań bezpośrednio przez platformę zakupową. Udzielone wyjaśnienia nie mogą być interpretowane jako pomoc w przygotowaniu oferty ani naruszenie zasady równego traktowania wykonawców.

Polish Security Printing Works S.A. is pleased to invite you to participate in the procurement procedure for the comprehensive modernization of the wet end section of the MP-2 paper machine. The scope of the contract includes the dismantling of the existing wet end section of the MP-2 paper machine, the supply and installation of a new wet end section of the MP-2 paper machine, as well as the execution of all necessary construction, installation, and assembly works at the PWPW building located at 1 Sanguszki Street, Warsaw. The Contractor’s obligations also include the preparation of comprehensive design documentation for the modernization of the wet end section of the MP-2 paper machine, the design of all required construction, installation, and assembly works, and the preparation of as-built documentation.

Participation in the site visit is conditional upon:
submitting, at least one business day prior to the selected site visit date, an electronic notification of the persons representing the Contractor who will participate, including the required personal data (first and last name, identity document number for identification purposes), in order to prepare entry passes authorizing access to the Contracting Authority’s premises.
In the event of any doubts related to the formal preparation of the tender documentation, enquiries should be submitted directly via the procurement platform. Any explanations provided shall be of an informational nature only and shall not be construed as assistance in the preparation of a tender or as a breach of the principle of equal treatment of economic operators.
