Please find attached the RFP No. PWK ZU/021/2026/KH - Replacement of personal-cargo elevator on the DCU Unit.
A mandatory on-site inspection must take place until 17th April 2026.
Enquiries only via the Purchasing Platform until 24th April 2026, 12:00.
Submission of bids only on the Purchasing Platform until 04th May 2026, 12:00.

Appendix No. 3 Technical Standards of the Ordering Party - are available at the link:

The bid should be divided into substantive part and commercial part, according to the attached instructions.
The technical appendixes and Example of Work Schedule for DCU Installation will be send after signing the Confidentiality agreement (appendix no. 11)
NOTICE! Please be advised that comments on the draft contract may only be submitted during the question-and-answer period. Once the deadline for submitting bids has passed, the terms of the contract cannot be changed.

Do oferty należy dołączyć wzór umowy zgodnie z wytycznymi w Zapytaniu Ofertowym.
Ofertę należy podzielić na merytoryczną i handlową, zgodnie z załączoną instrukcją.
Załączniki techniczne oraz przykładowy harmonogram Robót na instalacji DCU zostaną przesłane po podpisaniu oświadczenia oferenta o ochronie informacji, stanowiącego załącznik nr 11 do Zapytania Ofertowego.
UWAGA! Informuję, że uwagi do projektu umowy mogą być nadsyłane jedynie w terminie zadawania pytań. Po terminie nadsyłania ofert nie ma możliwości zmiany warunków umowy.
