Brief characteristics of the company

Founded in 2016 in the province of Bergamo by a family with decades of experience in the oil and gas industry, VPS ITALY S.r.l. specializes in the overhaul and maintenance of all types of valves and provides services both at its own workshop (in-house) and at facilities around the world (on-site). Since 2024, driven by its commitment to environmental sustainability, the company has decided to specialize in the recovery and recompression of natural gas in transmission networks and booster stations, equipping itself with the best equipment and compressors to support customers in complying with European Regulation (EU) 2024/1787. In 2025, VPS ITALY S.r.l. launched a division dedicated to high-pressure instruments, beginning production at its own workshop of instrumentation valves (valves up to 10,000 psi), high-pressure components (valves and adapters up to 60,000 psi), and high-pressure compression systems (gas boosters, liquid pumps, and hydrogen compression systems up to 100,000 psi).
