The Institut für Angewandte Ökosystemforschung (IfAÖ) has been offering customised and customeroriented solutions for problems in the field of environmental protection and ecological research since 1993. Its work focuses on the description of marine, limnic and terrestrial ecosystems as well as the documentation, forecasting and evaluation of changes caused both naturally and by human activities.
