SUBJECT OF THE ORDER
1.The subject of the procedure and the contract award is the selection of a Contractor responsible for the preparation and delivery of an original, three-day educational study visit at a foreign higher education institution, based on the Contractor’s unique know-how.
2.The objective of the study visit is the presentation by the Contractor of best practices applied in higher education in the field of designing, delivering and continuously improving education based on problem-oriented and project-based teaching and learning approaches, in particular Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Challenge-Based Learning (CBL), Design Thinking (DT), Design-Based Learning (DBL) and related methodologies, including in particular:
1)best practices in the design and delivery of courses, modules and study programs based on problem-oriented methodologies, supporting the development of creative and critical thinking as well as complex problem-solving competences;
2)solutions supporting the implementation of interdisciplinary student projects, including projects carried out in cooperation with representatives of the socio-economic environment, responding to real challenges identified by employers and other organizations;
3)organizational and operational models enabling the coordination of cooperation between students, academic staff and external partners within problem-based education processes;
4)best practices in the development of teaching competences of academic staff, including structured faculty development activities, mentoring, methodological support and tools facilitating the implementation of innovative teaching methods;
5)examples of learning infrastructure supporting innovative thinking, project-based work and prototyping, in particular innovation laboratories, makerspaces, living labs and flexible learning environments;
6)approaches to quality assurance and quality enhancement in the context of problem-based methodologies, including evaluation methods supporting the development of problem-solving competences, reflection and teamwork.
7)best practices in integrating Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ethics, and social responsibility into problem- and project-based learning, including through the selection of project topics, cooperation with external partners, and the assessment of learning outcomes.
3.The study visit programme must include at least 24 teaching hours (where one teaching hour equals 45 minutes) delivered by the Contractor’s experts. The Contractor shall submit a proposed study visit programme at the stage of submitting the offer.
4.The study visit shall take the form of practice-oriented benchmarking and shall serve the direct transfer of knowledge, solutions and experience to the Contracting Authority’s higher education institution. The visit may include the following formats:
1)interactive workshops and demonstrations of teaching methods and learning environments;
2)participation in sample classes delivered using PBL, CBL, DT or related methodologies;
3)meetings with academic staff, students, programme directors and representatives responsible for quality assurance and enhancement;
4)sessions focused on the development of teaching competences of academic staff, including faculty development models and teaching support systems.
5.The study visit at the foreign higher education institution shall be conducted in English.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE ORDER
1.The study visit shall be organised for 10-12 members of the academic teaching staff of WSB University.
2.Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:
1)prepare and deliver a substantive, original three-day study visit programme, based on the Contractor’s unique know-how and consistent with the objective of the study visit as specified in the description of the subject of the procedure. The Contractor shall submit a proposed study visit programme at the stage of submitting the offer;
2)host 10–12 members of the academic teaching staff of Akademia WSB for a three-day study visit (the offer price shall include all costs related to the proper performance of the subject of the order covered by the request for quotation, including the organisation of coffee breaks and lunches);
3)appoint a designated coordinator responsible for the study visit for its entire duration;
4)conduct the study visit in English, in accordance with the study visit programme approved by both the Contracting Authority and the Contractor;
5)prepare and issue a certificate to each participant, confirming participation in the study visit;
6)organise the study visit at a venue that is fully accessible and adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities.
1.The study visit to the Economic Operator's site is to be conducted in the period from May 2026 to the end of December 2026. The date will be agreed directly between the Contracting Authority and the Economic Operator.
2. Attention! The place of performance of the subject of the order will be abroad, but due to the technical limitations of the Competitiveness Database, the Ordering Party had to indicate as the Place of performance: "all of Poland".
PRZEDMIOT ZAMÓWIENIA
1.Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy w zakresie przygotowania i przeprowadzenia, bazującego na unikalnym know how Wykonawcy, autorskiego programu trzydniowej dydaktycznej wizyty studyjnej w zagranicznej uczelni wyższej.
2.Celem wizyty studyjnej jest prezentacja przez Wykonawcę najlepszych praktyk związanych z stosowanych w szkolnictwie wyższym w zakresie projektowania, realizacji i doskonalenia kształcenia opartego na problemowych i projektowych metodach dydaktycznych, w szczególności takich jak np.: Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Challenge-Based Learning (CBL), Design Thinking (DT), Design-Based Learning (DBL) lub metod pokrewnych w szkolnictwie wyższym, w szczególności:
1)dobre praktyki w zakresie projektowania i realizacji kursów, modułów oraz programów studiów opartych na problemowych metodach dydaktycznych, sprzyjających rozwojowi kompetencji kreatywnego i krytycznego myślenia oraz rozwiązywania złożonych problemów;
2)rozwiązania wspierające realizację interdyscyplinarnych projektów studenckich, w tym projekty realizowane we współpracy z przedstawicielami otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego, odpowiadające na rzeczywiste wyzwania zgłaszane przez pracodawców i inne organizacje;
3)modele organizacyjne i operacyjne umożliwiające koordynację współpracy pomiędzy studentami, nauczycielami akademickimi oraz partnerami zewnętrznymi w procesie kształcenia opartym na metodach problemowych;
4)dobre praktyki w zakresie rozwoju kompetencji dydaktycznych nauczycieli akademickich, w tym usystematyzowane działania typu faculty development, mentoring, wsparcie metodyczne oraz narzędzia wspierające wdrażanie innowacyjnych metod nauczania;
5)przykłady infrastruktury dydaktycznej sprzyjającej rozwijaniu myślenia innowacyjnego, pracy projektowej i prototypowania, w szczególności laboratoriów innowacji, makerspaces, przestrzeni typu living labs oraz elastycznych środowisk uczenia się;
6)podejścia do zapewniania i doskonalenia jakości kształcenia w kontekście metod problemowych, w tym metody ewaluacji sprzyjające rozwojowi kompetencji rozwiązywania problemów, refleksji oraz pracy zespołowej.
7)dobre praktyki w zakresie integrowania zagadnień zrównoważonego rozwoju (ESD), Celów Zrównoważonego Rozwoju (SDGs), etyki oraz odpowiedzialności społecznej w kształceniu opartym na metodach problemowych i projektowych, w tym poprzez dobór tematyki projektów, współpracę z partnerami zewnętrznymi oraz ocenę efektów uczenia się

4.Wizyta studyjna ma charakter benchmarkingu zorientowanego na praktykę i służy bezpośredniemu transferowi wiedzy, rozwiązań i doświadczeń do uczelni Zamawiającego. Wizyta może obejmować następujące formy:
1)interaktywne warsztaty i pokazy metod dydaktycznych oraz środowisk uczenia się,
2)udział w przykładowych zajęciach realizowanych z wykorzystaniem metodyk PBL, CBL, DT lub metod pokrewnych,
3)spotkania z nauczycielami akademickimi, studentami, dyrektorami programów oraz osobami odpowiedzialnymi za zapewnianie i doskonalenie jakości kształcenia,
4)sesje poświęcone rozwojowi kompetencji dydaktycznych nauczycieli akademickich, w tym modele rozwoju kadry (faculty development) oraz systemy wsparcia dydaktycznego
5.Wizyta studyjna w zagranicznej uczelni wyższej będzie prowadzona w języku angielskim.
SZCZEGÓŁOWY OPIS PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA
1.Wizyta studyjna będzie realizowana dla 10 -12 pracowników/czek kadry dydaktycznej Akademii WSB.
2.Wykonawca w ramach zamówienia zobowiązany jest do:
1)Przygotowania i przeprowadzenia merytorycznego, bazującego na unikalnym know how, autorskiego programu trzydniowej wizyty zgodnego z celem wizyty studyjnej określonym w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do złożenia propozycji programu wizyty studyjnej na etapie złożenia oferty;
2)Przyjęcia 10-12 pracowników/czek kadry dydaktycznej Akademii WSB na trzydniową wizytę studyjną. (Cena oferty musi uwzględniać wszystkie koszty związane z należytą realizacją przedmiotu zamówienia objętego zapytaniem ofertowym w tym koszt organizacji przerw kawowych i lunchów);
3)Wyznaczenia Opiekuna na czas trwania wizyty;
4)Przeprowadzenia wizyty w języku angielskim zgodnie z zaakceptowanym przez Zamawiającego i Wykonawcę programem wizyty studyjnej;
5)Przygotowania i wydania każdemu uczestnikowi zaświadczenia, potwierdzającego udział w wizycie studyjnej;
6)Zorganizowania wizyty studyjnej w miejscu, wizytę studyjną w miejscu, które jest w pełni dostępne i dostosowane do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami.

SZCZEGÓŁOWY OPIS PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA
1.Wizyta studyjna będzie realizowana dla 10 -12 pracowników/czek kadry dydaktycznej Akademii WSB.
2.Wykonawca w ramach zamówienia zobowiązany jest do:

3)Wyznaczenia Opiekuna na czas trwania wizyty;
4)Przeprowadzenia wizyty w języku angielskim zgodnie z zaakceptowanym przez Zamawiającego i Wykonawcę programem wizyty studyjnej;
5)Przygotowania i wydania każdemu uczestnikowi zaświadczenia, potwierdzającego udział w wizycie studyjnej;
6)Zorganizowania wizyty studyjnej w miejscu, wizytę studyjną w miejscu, które jest w pełni dostępne i dostosowane do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami.
