W imieniu Górażdże Cement S.A. należącej do grupy Heidelberg Cement zapraszamy Państwa do złożenia oferty wg poniższych wytycznych:
On behalf of Gorazdze Cement S.A. we hereby invite you for the tender: 

Elementem przetargu jest dostawa rozdrabniacza do paliwa
alternatywnego RDF o parametrach:

- Charakterystyka: paliwo zastępcze pochodzące z odpadów
(tworzywa sztuczne, guma, drewno, papier, tektura, tekstylia i inne odpady inne
niż niebezpieczne) oraz odpady komunalne,

- Gęstość nasypowa ~70-300 kg/m3

- Wilgotność 5-30%

- Paliwo RDF po procesie suszenia o temperaturze do 80
stopni.

 
Rozdrabniacz będzie pracował z paliwem suchym o dużej
pylności więc należy dodatkowo uwzględnić:

- Możliwość gaszenia wodą (system gaszenia oraz wykrywania
iskier/ognia po stronie inwestora),

- ATEX Wew 21/Zew 22. Do uwzględnienia odporność na wzrost
ciśnienia (ryzyko wybuchu pyłu) do 350mbar.

- Przystosowanie urządzenia do pracy w strefach zagrożonych
wybuchem.

 
Rozdrabniacz powinien zapewnić wydajność ok. 2 t/h

Należy uwzględnić komplet części zapasowych/szybko
zużywających się oraz wsparcie montaż i rozruchu urządzenia.

 
Podstawowe dane elektryczne:

- 3-fazowa sieć zasilająca 400 V, 50 Hz

- Zasilanie 1-fazowe 230 V, 50 Hz

- Zasilanie zaworów elektromagnetycznych 24 VDC

- System sterowania (sygnały I/O) 24 VDC

- Sygnały analogowe 2 - 20 mA

The tender
includes the supply of a shredder for RDF alternative fuel with the following
parameters:

-
Characteristics: substitute fuel derived from waste (plastics, rubber, wood,
paper, cardboard, textiles, and other non-hazardous waste) and municipal waste,

- Bulk
density ~70-300 kg/m3

- Moisture
content 5-30%

- RDF fuel
after drying at a temperature of up to 80 degrees.

 
The
shredder will operate with dry fuel with high dust content, so the following
should also be taken into account:

-
Possibility of extinguishing with water (extinguishing and spark/fire detection
system on the investor's side),

- ATEX
Internal 21/External 22. Resistance to pressure increase (risk of dust
explosion) up to 350 mbar,

-
Adaptation of the device for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres.

 
The
shredder should provide a capacity of approx. 2 t/h.

A set of
spare parts/quickly wearing parts and support for installation and
commissioning of the device.
