The offer should be submitted via the Logintrade purchasing platform after logging in to the Tokai COBEX Polska sp. z o.o. website provided by the Logintrade.

Additional formal conditions - reservations of the ordering party:
1. The information provided, if any, are covered by a confidentiality clause. Copying and dissemination for purposes unrelated to the scope of work necessary to submit a offer, without the consent of the Ordering Party, is prohibited. Violation of the disclaimer will be enforced in accordance with the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code.
2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reject the bid without giving any reason for doing so.
3. The cost of preparation and submission of the offer shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to modify or supplement the content of the terms and conditions for the implementation of the subject of the inquiry (contract).
5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely select offers, postpone the date of the RFQ, negotiate the price and the possibility of cancelling the RFQ/RFP at any stage without giving reasons.

1. Monthly fixed rate for all routine services (up to 80 hours/month) - 1 usługa
2. Hourly rate for on-demand/additional services - Standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:00 CET) - 1 rbg.
3. Hourly rate for on-demand/additional services - After business hours on weekdays (Monday–Friday, outside 07:00–17:00 CET) - 1 rbg.
4. Hourly rate for on-demand/additional services - Weekends and public holidays - 1 rbg.
5. Hourly rate for on-demand/additional services - Any additional surcharge rates (e.g., expedited requests, on-site support, specialized expertise) - 1 rbg.
6. Project Manager costs - 1 rbg.
