Witamy Państwa w postępowaniu przetargowym o numerze 11.4/2025/FEE
Zwracamy się z prośbą o przedstawienie oferty na sprzedaż układu hamulcowego na potrzeby budowy prototypu i produkcji seryjnej wagonów.
Termin składania ofert na platformie LoginTrade upływa dnia 28.03.2025 do godziny 15:00

Uwaga:
Przed przystąpieniem do składania oferty prosimy zapoznać się załączonym SWZ oraz z wszystkimi załącznikami 1-7
Uwaga:
Niniejsze postępowanie nie podlega przepisom ustawy Prawo Zamówień Publicznych.
W celu wzięcia uczestnictwa w zapytaniu należy przesłać na platformę LoginTrade wymagane dokumenty firmy (proszę zapoznać się z SWZ) wraz z uzupełnionymi załącznikami.
Uwaga:
Pod uwagę będą brani tylko, Oferenci którzy prześlą wszystkie wymagane dokumenty wskazane w SWZ oraz prześlą uzupełnione załączniki: 1,2,4,6.
Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do swobodnego wyboru Oferenta.
Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo unieważnienia postępowania na każdym jego etapie bez podania przyczyny.
Z tego tytułu Oferentom nie przysługuje prawo do dochodzenia odszkodowania lub refundacji poniesionych kosztów.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to freely select the Bidder.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure at any stage without giving any reason.
Bidders are not entitled to claim compensation or reimbursement of costs incurred on this account.
