Information regarding the Shift handover and operator rounds IT tool.

As part of our ongoing market research, we invite you to participate in an RFI process regarding the feasibility of implementing an IT solution to support the following proccesses:
- Shift Handover,
- Operator Rounds.

The purpose of this RFI is to obtain detailed information about the solutions offered, their functional capabilities, technical requirements, potential scope, and the cost of implementation and maintenance.

Please provide information regarding the proposed IT tool, including at least:

The functionalities listed in Appendix 1 – GdanskRefinery_Shift_Handover_and_Operator_Rounds_Requairements (Excel file).The IT infrastructure configuration necessary for system implementation (server capacity, server hardware requirements, required integrations with other systems)3. Additional functionalities that:

- go beyond the requirements specified in Appendix 1,
- can provide added value to the organization,
- are available as standard features of the system or as optional modules.
