FENG.01.01-IP.02-0095/23 - "ONCO Prime: nowe możliwości personalizowanej terapii przeciwnowotworowej w oparciu o hodowlę komórek pierwotnych od pacjenta, charakteryzację omiczną i testy funkcjonalne"
Część 1
1. 3T3‑J2 Cell Line
• Subclone of mouse embryonic fibroblasts derived from 12–13‑day embryos.
• Adherent growth with fibroblast‑like morphology.
• Commonly used as a feeder layer to support growth of human epithelial cells.
• Recommended culture conditions: 37 °C, 10% CO₂, DMEM supplemented with antibiotics, glutamine, and 10% bovine calf serum (not fetal serum).
• Subculture when 60–80% confluent; suggested seeding density approx. 3.5–5 × 10³ cells/cm².
• Approximate population doubling time: around 18 hours.
• Biosafety level: BSL‑1; routinely tested for mycoplasma.
• Cryopreservation: DMEM with serum and 10% DMSO; long‑term storage in liquid nitrogen.
