Based on Article. 106n of the Act of 11.03.2004 on tax on goods and services (i.e. Dz. U. of 2011, No. 177, item 1054, as amended) Orange Polska Spółka Akcyjna, ul. Al. Jerozolimskie 160, 02-326 WARSAW; NIP 526-02-50-995 accepts sending invoices, their credit notes and duplicates in the PDF form via this portal.
