Rafineria Gdańska Sp. z o.o. invites you to submit an offer in accordance with the terms of this procedure.
The subject of this inquiry is Laboratory analysis service of Pt content and LOI in isomerization catalyst i.0350-R1B
1. Purchase scope: - Pt content analysis,
- LOI analysis,
- preparation of the final analysis report. 2. Validity of the offer: The required period of offer validity - 30 days. 3. Assessment criteria:
- price of each individual sample- date and time of execution
4. The form and content of the offer: 4.1. Substantive questions All substantive questions regarding the technical specifications should be asked via Logintrade purchasing platform. Contact with members of the Commission outside the specified path may result in excluding the supplier from this contractor selection procedure. 4.2. Technical questions related to the operation of the Logintrade platform If you have any questions regarding the operation of the Logintrade platform, please contact its operator directly, tel. +48 71 787 35 34; e-mail: helpdesk@logintrade.net. 4.3. To submit a proposal The Bidder submits an offer only via Logintrade Purchasing Platform. Please present the offers in two pdf attachments - commercial and technical if needed (without prices). Along with the offer, it is absolutely required to confirm the requirements set out in the content of the inquiry. Please clearly indicate any deviations from the requirements. The offer should be prepared in Polish or English. 5. The technical and commercial part: 5.1. The commercial part must includes: a) Price for each individual sample of Pt content analysis,
b) Price for each individual sample of LOI analysis,
c) Environmental costs,
d) any other costs that may occur;
5.2. The technical part must includes:
a) Completed and signed Appendix No. 1 to this inquiry.
b) Technical offer taking into account the scope of tests performed, approvals and certificates if required.
c) Time and date of execution.
