Dear Sirs,
Bunge Group in Poland invites you to submit a commercial offer for the supply and delivery of the following:
Subject of the Order:
1.1. The items included in this request are detailed below. Any additional information is provided in the "remarks" section or in the attached documents (if applicable). 1.2. Offers must be submitted for brand new, unused, and non-remanufactured products, as specified below. Offers for substitute or equivalent products will not be considered. The supplier must provide a warranty for the offered products/services.

The offer should be calculated based on the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms 2010. The supplier bears the costs and risks associated with delivering the goods to the ordering party. Insurance of the goods during transport is the responsibility of the supplier.
Offer Submission:
Offers must be submitted exclusively through the designated procurement platform by the specified deadline. Offers submitted outside the Logintrade platform will not be considered.
Each offer must include a formally prepared document (scanned or generated from the supplier''s system) on company letterhead, containing the complete offer details. Additionally, a catalog datasheet for the offered product must be included with the offer.
Offer Validity Period:
The supplier is bound by the offer for a period of 30 days, starting from the offer submission deadline.
Reservations:
6.1. The ordering party reserves the right to modify the scope and process of this procurement. 6.2. The ordering party reserves the right to freely select an offer or to close the procurement process at any time without selecting an offer and without providing any justification.
Other Provisions:
7.1. Partial offers or variant offers are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in the item description. 7.2. The ordering party reserves the right to request documentation confirming the supplier''s ability to meet the requirements associated with submitting the offer (e.g., excerpt from the relevant register, certificate from the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity [CEIDG], tax and social security clearance certificates, references, list of employees with qualifications, bank account details). 7.3. Submission of a commercial offer implies acknowledgement and acceptance of the content of this request for quotation, the Terms of Use of the Logintrade Procurement Platform, and the following documents: * "Safety Rules at Bunge" * "Environmental Protection Requirements for Suppliers of Services and Materials Cooperating with Bunge Polska Sp. z o.o." * "Rules of Conduct for Third Parties Entering the Site" * "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF SERVICES OR GOODS 2024" (GTC), which are attached to this request for quotation.
7.4. Offers that do not comply with the requirements of this request for quotation will be rejected. 7.5. The ordering party may conduct commercial negotiations or an electronic auction in a second phase of the procurement process, to which the most favorable offers will be qualified. Suppliers will be informed about all provisions regarding the second phase via the procurement platform or by email. 7.6. Information regarding registration on the Logintrade platform and offer submission procedures is available on the Bunge Polska Sp. z o.o. website: Logintrade Procurement Platform - Bunge.
