Zakup/leasing sprzętu komputerowego dla Grupy FIBERHOST

Dzień dobry,
zapraszam Państwa do wzięcia udziału w postępowaniu na zakup/leasing sprzętu komputerowego (laptopy) dla Grupy FIBERHOST.
Harmonogram postępowania:
- 1 etap: złożenie przez Dostawców oferty do dnia 11.10.2024, do godz.10:00.
- 2 etap: negocjacje z wybranymi Dostawcami,
- finał: wybór dostawcy.
Proszę o podanie cen jednostkowych w walucie PLN.
Cena powinna uwzględniać:
- transport,
- opakowanie,
- ubezpieczenie w trakcie transportu.
Fakturowanie będzie dotyczyło dwóch spółek.
Proszę o przedstawienie ofert dla poniższych wariantów, szczegółowa specyfikacja laptopów w załączonym pliku pdf:
Zakup:
- 225 szt. Dell Latitude 5450 lub Dell Latitude 5440
-  8 szt. Dell Latitude 7450  (opcjonalnie model z ekranem dotykowym)
2. Zakup + leasing (proszę o przedstawienie cen dla leasingu 3 i 4 letniego):
- Zakup --> 140 szt. Dell Latitude 5450 / Dell Latitude 5440
- Leasing --> 85 szt. Dell Latitude 5450 / Dell Latitude 5440
- Leasing --> 8 szt. Dell Latitude 7450 (opcjonalnie model z ekranem dotykowym)
W załączeniu specyfikacja laptopów.
Dostawy do W84, ul. Wierzbowa 84, Wysogotowo.
Przy wyborze wariantu zakupu i leasingu zastrzegamy sobie prawo do realizacji zakupu/usługi u różnych oferentów.
