Przedmiotem umowy jest: „Budowa monitoringu miejskiego, wraz z zagospodarowaniem przestrzeni publicznej w Chełmie” poprzez realizację zadań :
1) „Budowa monitoringu miejskiego” – zaprojektuj i wybuduj
2) Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej ratusza
3) „Modernizacja chodników i ulic : Szkolna, Uściługska, ul. Lwowska (deptak), Pijarska, Krzywa, Św. Mikołaja, Lubelska, M. Kopernika, Strażacka, Podwalna, Pocztowa, Reformacka”
Inwestycja jest przewidziana do dofinansowania z Programu Rządowy Fundusz Polski Ład: Program Inwestycji Strategicznych, zgodnie ze wstępną promesą Nr Edycja8/2023/7286/PolskiLad dotyczącą realizacji przez Miasto Chełm Inwestycji: „Budowa monitoringu miejskiego, wraz z zagospodarowaniem przestrzeni publicznej w Chełmie”
