Do realizacji zawartej Umowy stosuje się OWZ w zakresie nieuregulowanym odrębnie przez Strony w procesie Postępowania Ofertowego. Złożenie Oferty jest jednoznaczne z akceptacją OWZ przez Dostawcę. 3.
