Information about the processing of personal data

According to art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection ) "RODO" we would like to inform you that:

  2. We process your personal data in order to:
    1. conclude a contract and provision of services for you in accordance with the Regulations - in this case, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is a contract for the provision of electronic services (Article 6 (1) (b) of the RODO).
    2. To provide access to your personal data to the entities operating purchasing platforms under Marketplanet OnePlace and enabling you to participate in the procurement processes organised by them, in this case the legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a).
    3. To allow you to receive marketing content to the e-mail address provided by you when registering your account, in this case the legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point a RODO).
    4. To enable you to receive commercial information electronically to the e-mail address provided by you when registering your account, in this case the legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 point a RODO).
    5. To allow you to receive marketing content to the phone number you provide during account registration, including using automated calling systems, in this case the legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a).
    6. To investigate or defend against claims, in this case the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator consisting in the investigation or defence against claims (Article 6 (1) letter f).
    7. To perform any legal obligations of the Administrator, such as how to issue and store invoices and accounting documents, responding to complaints within a time frame and form provided by law, in this case the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 point c of the RODO).
    8. To create statements, analyses and statistics for internal needs of the Administrator, in this case the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator consisting in planning the development of services and business operations (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f).
  3. To provide personal data by you is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude a contract and provide services to you in accordance with the Regulations, and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the lack of cooperation with the Administrator.
  4. The lack of consent to receive marketing content or commercial information will mean that the Administrator or other entities running shopping platforms under Marketplanet OnePlace will not be able to send you this content or information by electronic means to the e-mail address provided by you during registration this includes the electronic contact or telephone number, including using automated calling systems. Consent is voluntary.
  5. The lack of consent to the disclosure of your personal data to the entities operating purchasing platforms in the Marketplanet OnePlace and allowing you to participate in the purchase processes organised by them will mean that the Administrator will not share your data with these entities and you will not be able to participate in organised procurement events. Consent is voluntary.
  6. To the extent that your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to the administrator's e-mail address, and by deselecting the appropriate field in your account profile under Marketplanet OnePlace, the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data that has been made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  7. Your personal data will be stored in the scope of:
    1. A concluded contract for the provision of electronic services - for the duration of the contract, and after that for the period of prescription of any claims related to the contract.
    2. expressed consents - pending withdrawal of consent.
    3. Performance of legal obligations imposed on the Administrator - for the duration of the duties.
    4. Creating statements, analyses, statistics - for the duration of the contract, and after that for the period of prescription of any claims related to the contract.
  8. Recipients of your personal data will be duly authorised employees or collaborators of the Administrator, entities authorised by you, entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, participating in the performance of services provided, as well as IT services for purchasing processes and entities authorised by law.
  9. Your personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area and to international organisations.
  10. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
  11. You have the right to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer personal data. To use the above rights, contact the Administrator (contact details in point 1 above).
  12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
