Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 672 z późn. zm. – „Ustawa o lasach”) do wykonania na terenie Nadleśnictwa Podanin w roku 2023.Postępowanie jest prowadzone zgodnie z zasadami przewidzianymi dla zamówień klasycznych o wartości równej lub przekraczającej progi unijne.Postępowanie jest prowadzone zgodnie z zasadami przewidzianymi dla tzw. „procedury odwróconej”, o której mowa w art. 139 ust. 1, 3 - 4 PZP.
